Poppy and Sesame Seed Crackers

Crackers are a favorite snack of mine, but they’re expensive. Luckily, they’re pretty easy to make. This recipe is simple, uses ingredients you already have on hand, and is easily customizable. You can use whole wheat flour for a healthier version, or top it with anything you’d like. Dried herbs, chili flakes, or cracked black pepper would work well. Or one of these amazing spice blends.

Once you’ve made them, let them cool so they crisp up. Then you can use them for dips, spreads, or just a quick snack!
