Roasted Curried Cilantro Lime Salmon
For a quick and easy dinner, this cilantro lime salmon gets an extra kick from curry powder. It comes together in minutes, and is mouthwateringly delicious!

brown sugar

curry powder

garlic powder

onion powder

kosher salt

coconut oil

salmon filets
Juice of 1 lime
1/4
cup
fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, curry powder, garlic powder, onion, powder, salt, and coconut oil until you have a paste.
Lay the salmon filets skin side down on the baking sheet. Rub the paste over top.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon and your desired doneness.
Remove, immediately drizzle with the lime juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately.
