skinless salmon filets

barbecue or taco seasoning

fresh salsa
to serve:
warmed corn tortillas
1
cup
shredded cabbage
sour cream
chopped cilantro
hot sauce
Instructions
heat a stainless steel skillet to medium heat. add the oil and then add the salmon filets. sear until well browned on both sides.
when the salmon is browned and crispy, turn the heat off and add the salsa — be careful, it will probably smoke.
break up the salmon with a spatula and turn the heat back to medium.
continue cooking until salmon is no longer pink.
to serve, spoon the salmon into the warm tortillas and top with your favorites — i keep it simple with cabbage, sour cream, and hot sauce.
