Juice of 1 lemon
Coarse sea salt

thick slices of halloumi

hearty bread, toasted
Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and put in a bowl with the lemon and salt. Mash it well.
Heat a nonstick skillet (cast iron works well here) to medium high heat.
Add the halloumi slices, and let sizzle and cook until browned on both sides.
Spread the avocado on the toast, top with the halloumi and sprinkle with pepper flakes.
