Ingredients

Brussels sprouts
cored and thinly sliced

crumbled bacon
coconut bacon, or other bacon alternative

crisp apple
cored and thinly sliced
1/2
cup
toasted almonds
1/2
cup
grated or crumbled Parmesan cheese
1/2
cup
avocado oil
(or olive oil)
Juice and zest of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon

teaspoons
Dijon mustard
2
cloves
garlic
grated
1
teaspoon
honey
Instructions
Put the sprouts, bacon, apples, almonds, and cheese in a large bowl.
Put the remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Taste, season with salt and pepper, and adjust to taste.
Toss with the salad, and serve immediately.
