Salmon:

Mango Pepper Salsa:

ripe mango
peeled, seeded and diced

red bell pepper
diced

minced

chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lay the salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with the oil.
Combine the spices and sprinkle evenly over the salmon. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until done to your liking.
While the salmon is baking, combine the ingredients for the salsa until mixed well.
When the salmon is done, spoon the salsa over top.
