pecans, walnuts, or any combo

cinnamon

baking powder

Colima Sea Salt

tablespoons
ground flax seed

cup
dark chocolate chips

milk of your choice - I used almond

egg

tablespoons
maple syrup

teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
tablespoon
melted butter
Coarse sugar
for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spread the blueberries in a round or square casserole dish and set aside
In a mixing bowl, add the oats, nuts, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, flax, and chocolate chips. Mix together and spread over the blueberries.
Whisk the milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla together and pour this evenly over the oats.
Drizzle with the melted butter and sprinkle with a little coarse sugar.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until top is browned and lightly puffed up.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
