Put the oats and water in a small saucepan with a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and simmer for 3 minutes. Turn off heat, and stir in the peanut butter.
Combine the berries, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Grab some small jars or ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Starting with the oats, layer the oats and jam in the jars.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until berries are bubbly and jammy.
Let cool before covering and storing in the fridge.
