Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine the almond flour, coconut, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Add the wet to the dry and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a cooking scoop, scoop the dough onto the parchment.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until tops are dry and firm.
Let cool before serving.
