fresh baby lettuce leaves
Coarse sea salt
Croutons or nuts
Dressing:

light olive oil

fresh lemon juice

grainy Dijon mustard
Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Put the lettuce in a large bowl and sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt. Toss and add the croutons or nuts.
Whisk the oil, lemon, and mustard in a bowl until combined. Season with fresh ground pepper and salt if desired.
Immediately before serving, toss the salad with the dressing.
Serve at room temperature.
