thinly sliced

olive oil

teaspoon
garlic powder

goat cheese
at room temperature
1
quart
strawberries
hulled and sliced
1/4
cup
balsamic vinegar
Fresh ground black pepper
Coarse sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Brush the bread slices with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 6-7 minutes, until toasted.
Let cool slightly.
Spread the goat cheese on the bread slices, and top with sliced strawberries.
Drizzle with vinegar, and sprinkle with black pepper and coarse salt.
Serve immediately.
