Storing leftovers:
Sauce best used after making but can be stored in the fridge for a day.
Variations:
You can swap the yogurt for half an avocado, and add a jalapeño if you’d like. Some seasonings — cumin, coriander, chili powder, smoked paprika — can be added in small amounts, about 1/4 teaspoon if desired.
Pairs well with:
Sweet Corn and Pepper Jack Quesadillas
,
Blackened Salmon with Cheddar Jalapeño Brown Rice
,
Low and Slow Sweet Potatoes
