thawed

Dressing:

light olive oil
Juice and zest of 2 oranges

teaspoon
Dijon mustard

teaspoons
honey

apple cider vinegar

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Put all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
Put the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake until combined.
Add to the salad just before serving and toss.
