Coconut oil
for cooking
Instructions
Mash the banana and add the almond milk, orange juice, and flax. Mix well and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Combine the oat flour, coconut, cinnamon, baking power, and salt in a small bowl.
Add the flour mix to the wet mix and mix well.
Preheat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat. Add a teaspoon or two of coconut oil.
Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto the skillet. Cook until bubbly, flip and continue cooking until done.
