natural peanut butter

ground flax seed

teaspoon
vanilla extract

almond milk

cups
rolled oats

teaspoon
cinnamon
Pinch
salt
For serving:
Dark chocolate chips
Melted peanut butter
Coarse sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana with the peanut butter. Add the flax, vanilla, and almond milk and set aside for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, combine the oats, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the liquid overtop.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until top is browned.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips, and drizzle with peanut butter (melt in microwave for easier drizzling! and sprinkle with salt.
Serve warm.
