Almond Joy Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

ounces
dark chocolate
finely chopped
1
teaspoon
coconut oil
1/2
cup
rough chopped toasted almonds
1/2
cup
toasted coconut flakes
Colima Sea Salt
Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil stirring every 20 seconds or so. Stir half the almonds and coconut into the chocolate.
Pour the chocolate on the baking pan. It doesn’t have to cover the entire thing, but should be a fairly even layer.
Sprinkle the remaining almonds and chocolate over top, and sprinkle with some sea salt.
Refrigerate for several hours until firm. Break into pieces.
Store in the fridge.
