1tablespoonsugar — I used coarseraw sugar, but any will do
4tablespoonsheavy cream
1teaspoongranulated sugar
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Fresh mint leaves for garnishoptional
Instructions
Sprinkle the sugar on the peach halves. Using a torch, slowly run it over the top of the peaches until the top is browned and crackly. If broiling, put under a broiler until browned, keeping an eye on them the entire time.
To make the cream, put the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and whisk by hand or use a milk frother until thickened.
Spoon the cream over the peaches and garnish with mint leaves if using.
