cored, cut into thin slices

potatoes
thinly sliced

onion

garlic

butter
melted

grated sharp cheddar

grated Parmesan

whole milk

eggs
beaten
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the cauliflower and potatoes with the onions and garlic in a casserole dish. Drizzle the melted butter on top.
Combine the cheeses, milk and eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Spread evenly on top of the potato mixture.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 20-25 more minutes until top is browned.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
