Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the oats and a pinch of salt. Stir and cook until oats are golden brown and fragrant. Transfer to a bowl.
In microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds or so. When melted, stir in the strawberries until well combined, then stir in the oats.
Line a sheet pan with parchment and spread the mixture in an even layer.
Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
