Combine all of the pizza seasoning in a small bowl or jar and mix well. Set aside.
To make the dough, put the yeast, water, and honey in a large bowl. Stir and let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy — if it’s not foamy, discard and get new yeast.
Add the flour, oats, buttermilk powder, olive oil, cheese cubes, and pizza seasoning to the bowl and mix until all flour is incorporated.
Put the dough on a clean surface and knead until you have a smooth ball, about 6-7 minutes.
Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and set in a warm spot. Let rise for about an hour. Dough will rise slightly, but may not double in size —this is ok.
Grab a loaf pan and lightly brush with oil. Form the dough into a loaf and transfer to pan.
Cover and let rise for another hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush the top of the bread with the milk or cream.
Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown, especially around the edges.
Remove from pan and cool on a cooling rack.
Cool before slicing.
