instant coffee

sugar

mascarpone cheese

vanilla yogurt

vanilla extract
Pinch

Mascarpone layer:

tablespoons
mascarpone

teaspoons
turbinado sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Cocoa powder
for dusting
Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the oats in a bowl and stir until mixed well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, divide into ramekins, and use a spoon to even out the oats.
Mix the mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until well combined, and spread over the oats.
Dust with a light amount of cocoa and enjoy!

Storing leftovers:
Oats can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
