Earl Grey Lavender Latte
Creamy, sweet, and fragrant, this lavender latte is the perfect pick me up when you need a few minutes of relaxation.

Lavender Syrup

sugar

water

teaspoon
dried lavender flowers
Latte

fresh brewed Earl Grey tea
1/2
cup
milk
steamed or frothed
Instructions
Combine the sugar, water, and lavender in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, and continue to boil until sugar is dissolved, then remove from heat.
Let steep for 10 minutes, and strain the lavender out.
Add 1-2 tablespoons to a mug with your tea. Let the remaining syrup cool; store in a jar in the fridge.
Steam or froth the milk, and add it to the mug with your tea.
Serve immediately.
