Sweet, tart, and creamy, this easy frozen yogurt bark is a perfect anytime snack. Full of berry flavor with a hint of dark chocolate, it's a snack lover's dream.
12ouncesthick vanilla yogurtsuch as Siggi’s, or Chobani
1cupfrozen mixed berries
1/4cupdark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1tablespoonground flax seeds
1tablespoonchia seeds
Instructions
Line a 9x13 sheet pan with parchment.
Spread the yogurt in a thin, even layer on the parchment, about 1/4 inch thick. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
Put the berries in a small saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until reduced by about half.
Stir in the chocolate until melted. Let cool.
Remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer and spread the cooled berry mixture over the yogurt.
Sprinkle with flax and chia and freeze until solid.
Remove and peel the parchment, and break into pieces.
Freeze leftovers in an airtight container.
Notes
You can use any flavored yogurt you want here — and any fruit. You can top it with nuts, shredded coconut or fresh fruit, so customize it how you like.
