Vegetarian Sausage and Pepper Pizza

olive oil

vegetarian Italian sausages
sliced

ounces
fresh pizza dough
1/2
cup
pizza sauce
4
ounces
fresh mozzarella
torn into pieces
2
ounces
ricotta
6-8
peppadew peppers
sliced
Fresh chopped basil
Instructions
Preheat your oven as high as it will go — usually 500-550.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add the oil. Cook the sausages until browned and slightly crisp. Remove from pan.
Roll the dough to desired thickness and spread the sauce evenly on top.
Add the cheese, cooked sausage, and peppers.
Bake for 4-5 minutes, until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle basil on top.
