1lemon slice
1cinnamon stick

Pinchcayenne pepper
Pinchfresh ground black pepper
1-2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a small saucepan with 2 cups cold water. Bring to a boil, turn off heat and cover. Let steep for 5-10 minutes, strain into a mug and sip.
