Banana Birthday Cake Ice Cream

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • Sprinkles, to serve
  1. Peel and slice the bananas. Lay them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for several hours, until firm.
  2. Put the bananas, vanilla, and almond extract in a food processor and blend until creamy.
  3. Serve immediately, topped with the sprinkles.
